This strategic partnership aims to enhance educational outcomes for Alaska Native students by delivering a culturally sustaining education within the Sitka School District. Through this program, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and empowering learning environment that respects and celebrates Alaska Native culture, history, and traditions. By aligning educational practices with cultural values, SNEP in School seeks to create meaningful and equitable educational experiences that promote the academic success and cultural well-being of Alaska Native students in Sitka.
