​Drawing - Pencils & Pen

In this 36-minute video Shelley Toon Lindberg introduces several kinds of pencils, pens, and erasers, while presenting exercises to explore their uses. These artistic studies feature the elements of line, shape, form, value, and texture.

Materials
Needed

  • 4 sheets of copy paper

  • eraser

  • at least one kind of pencil

  • at least one kind of pen

  • an item with a simple outline shape (e.g., pear, cup)
